How it all began
My name is Sarah and I am a problem-solver with a relentless need to ask ‘why’. As a seasoned user researcher, I leverage my research background, creative thinking, strategic mindset, and dedication to social progress to deliver human-centered solutions and inclusive experiences.
I have been a UX practitioner for over five fulfilling years now and have enjoyed every moment of it. Most recently, I was an Experience Design Researcher at Johnson & Johnson, where I led research for product experience optimization of Supply Chain solutions. Prior, I was at Education Testing Service, where I worked on high-performing cross functional teams to streamline existing products and test potential new products with target markets.
When I manage to tear myself away from my spreadsheets and whiteboard, I like to make ceramics, indulge in art history, and experiment with different blends of tea. I’m also interested in architecture, urban design, and the relationship between cultural heritage preservation and urban development in a rapidly modernizing world.
